Return & Exchange Policy

Product Return Procedure - perfuniq - VA.E LTD

1. Purpose

Regulating the process of returning products purchased by customers, while maintaining the Consumer Protection Law and providing quality service.

2. Threshold conditions for return

The product will be returned within 14 days of receipt (or in accordance with the business's extended policy).

The product is in its original packaging, intact, and has not been used in any way.

Proof of purchase (invoice, exchange note or order confirmation) must be presented.

3. Non-returnable products

Products manufactured specifically for the consumer (custom order).

Lingerie and swimwear (in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines).

Products that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated, the packaging of which has been opened.

Food products or perishable goods (perishable).

4. Method of receiving the refund

Refund: Will be made in the same payment method used by the consumer.

Cancellation Fee: The business may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), in accordance with the law.

Credit: The customer may choose to receive a credit voucher for future redemption in the store without deducting cancellation fees.

5. Return process

The customer will contact customer service/arrive at the branch with the product and invoice.

The business representative will check the product's integrity and compliance with the terms of the procedure.

If the request is approved, the credit will be made on the spot or within 7 business days.

6. Return of a defective product

In the case of a defective product due to a manufacturing defect, the customer will be credited in full or receive a replacement product without cancellation fees, even if the product was initially used to discover the defect.

Cancellation and return procedure for custom-made products

 

General policy: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), LAW-2010, the right of cancellation shall not apply to goods that have been specially manufactured for the consumer according to special dimensions or requirements.

Definition of a customized product: Any product that includes engraving, printing of a name/image, changing standard dimensions at the customer's request, or manufacturing from scratch according to unique specifications.

Cancellation before production: You can cancel the order and receive a full refund (minus a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower) as long as the actual production process has not begun. Once the materials have been cut or the product has entered the production line, the transaction cannot be canceled.

Defective Products: In the event of a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy between the specifications ordered and the product received, the company will be responsible for repairing or replacing the product, provided that the customer has notified us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the dimensions, text or files uploaded (in the case of printing) are correct and accurate. No credit will be given for an error resulting from incorrect data entry by the customer.
